I use American Homeshield's Warranty and the first company completely disassembled my gas furnace and didn't follow up to resolve the matter (Chillmasters). Whereas this company Pure Air. Which has been to my home twice to fix my furnace twice.... was phenomenal. They basically rebuilt it and ordered the part they needed. And promptly within a few days. Not several weeks.
